Scary Metal Dragon

This metalic dude is made from all salvaged parts. The main body is from the skeleton on a lazy-boy couch. His claws are a garden rake. The jaw is from a post-hole digger. Teeth are the pins that hold the strings of a piano I found in an alley. His mane is an old circular saw blade (careful: still sharp!) Eyeballs came from some nuts on a snowblower. The feet are support brackets from the same snowblower. And tail is an auger for moving eggs on a chicken farm.
63" from nose to tail, 79" from wing-tip to wing-tip,
47" tall to top of mane, 55" tall at top of wing in low wing
position, 64" to top of wing in high wing position.
Total weight is 64 pounds.
Wings are somewhat adjustable, as well as removable.
Whole thing is covered with waterproof polyurethane and can be safely displayed outdoors.
Our buddy here is completely house-broken and castle-broken. He is very uncomfortable riding in small cars, but loves to ride around in the back of a pickup.
Patina Birds

This is a set of three birds. They are made from recovered leaf springs of an automobile.
Small is 20" wide, 12" tall, and 8" deep.
Medium is 38" wide, 20" tall, and 10" deep.
Large is 42" wide, 22" tall, and 12" deep.
There are two larger ones with detachable metallic bases. The smaller one has a fixed wooden base, and is nicknamed "Charcuterie Bird."
All three birds are covered with waterproof polyurethane and can be safely displayed outdoors.
All birds have a multicolored heat-treating patina characteristic of steel.
